Industry Sponsored Lunch Symposia

Industry Supported lunch symposia offers an opportunity to hold an activity within the programme schedule during the official congress times. Benefits include:

  • Acknowledgement on Congress Website
  • One complimentary congress bag insert (insert supplied by sponsor)
  • Promotion in the Final Programme Book
  • Meeting room at the congress venue
  • Basic AV package with projector, screen, lighting, audio and microphones
  • Opportunity to send an invitation mailer or dedicated eBlast to all registered delegates (mailer to be produced by sponsor; eBlast provided by sponsor but send through Congress Secretariat)

Note: The symposium programme must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat and Organising Committee for approval.


FACULTY DINNER

The Faculty Dinner will take place on Thursday, 28th September 2017. All faculty members will be invited to this event for their participation and contribution to the Congress. Benefits include:

  • Receive five (5) complimentary tickets to the Faculty Dinner
  • Acknowledgement with your company logo on the invitations
LANYARDS (EXCLUSIVE)

Delegates are provided with an official Congress name badge and lanyard upon registration and are required to wear them for the duration of the Congress. Benefits include:

  • Company logo printed on the lanyards (only one color printing is allowed, size and position of the logo is at the discretion of the Organising Committee).
DOOR GIFTS

Door gift will be inserted into each delegate bag. The sponsoring organisation will be responsible for the cost of purchasing and overprinting the gifts. The gifts must be of a suitable quality and are subject to approval by the Organising Committee. Benefits include:

  • Provide your custom gift for inclusion in the delegate bags (supplied by sponsor).
CONGRESS BAGS (EXCLUSIVE)

All registered delegates will receive congress bag with congress material such as the Final Programme Book and symposia information etc. Limited to one company only. Benefits include:

  • Acknowledgement as the sponsor of this item in the Final Programme Book
INVITED SPEAKER SPONSORSHIP

Invited speaker will be selected and invited by the Congress Scientific Committee. Benefits include:

  • Naming rights to the Invited Speaker presentation(s)
  • Your company logo displayed on the screen in the session venue prior to the Invited Speakers presentation(s)
  • Acknowledgement by the session chairperson to the Invited Speaker presentation(s)
  • Acknowledgement and company logo in the Final Programme Book
  • The opportunity to place promotional signage (Committee approval) in the venue for the duration of the Invited Speaker presentation
MINI POCKET PROGRAMME (EXCLUSIVE)

The mini pocket programme is a small version of the Onsite Programme and will be handed out to all delegates along with their registration materials. It is designed to provide a quick overview of the entire scientific programme. Benefits include:

  • Advertisement on the back cover of the mini pocket programme

EDUCATION SUPPORT FOR BEST FREE PAPER AWARDS

There will be a Free Paper Award for each SIG. Total of 8 SIG. Benefits include:

CONGRESS BAG INSERT

Companies will have the opportunity to reach their target market by providing insert in the Congress Bags. Insert may take the form of a flyer, brochure or CD promoting your company product or service. All inserts are subject to Committee approval and must be forwarded in a timely manner to the designated location for collation/preparation. Benefits include:

  • Opportunity to promote your company to all delegates.

Exhibit Opportunities

Pharmaceutical companies, medical product and system manufacturers, publishers and educational organisations will showcase products and service throughout the congress.

In order to ensure that your exhibition dollars gain maximum exposure a number of initiatives have been instigated:

  • Morning and afternoon teas are to be served in the Exhibition area
  • With the extended break times, maximising the exposure of delegates to the Exhibition area
  • In accordance with usual practice we anticipate that premium booth positions will be allocated to sponsors, relevant to their level of participation
